Casbah in Siegburg

The drinks offered are all great, the atmosphere is nice. However, until now I have never tasted the food, even if the quality of the ingredients is obviously good.

Something is always Sometimes you wait forever for a part of your meal. 10 times you are told, come on, then suddenly, that it is over. If you order tap water with your wine, you are kindly told, of course, but it just doesn't come in spite of the demand. Likewise, already experienced with dessert of the lunch menu: Despite several friendly affirmations, it simply does not come. Was there nothing left? In moments like this, I have the feeling that the visitor's concerns are being strategically sat out instead of simply telling the truth and looking for a replacement if necessary. I could go on with the list, but I think that's enough - as the top dog you can obviously afford that. It's a shame because the menu is great and the food is okay.

Our data was not recorded in Corona times. We asked for it when handing over the menus. Then they brought us forms and a pen. We filled it out and put it on the table. When we paid, we took back the forms that we had filled out and were not collected. Otherwise, the quality of food and drinks is simply not enough.

You are basically just dispatched. Very loud. Eat okay but not enough. Especially with a dish that is named after the shop.

The food in the Casbah is very, very tasty. Large selection of very good vegetarian or assigned dishes. If you're really hungry, it could be a little more.

The price / performance ratio is definitely right here, the food is always delicious and there is a great selection! My favorite is clearly the vegan Bolognese, it always tastes great! What I personally consider to be really great is the clearly laid out menu. We've been here with some outside friends and everyone has always found something delicious.

The food and drinks were great. A great selection for vegans and vegetarians, but also meat eaters will find what they want. What struck me negatively, however, is the handling of the currently applicable hygiene measures. The masks were not worn by the waitresses or only worn under the nose. No contact details should be left and the distances between the tables were not respected at all. In addition, there was an older manager who was very uncomfortable for women and clearly gave his female employees a little too much physical contact in front of the guests. When asked if that is tolerated we were told that you already know him and "you just do it". So food is great, as an employer and to feel good, flop.

Recommendable! All seats were taken and we were served quickly, respect! Absolutely friendly service and naturally responding to special requests. Thank you for this pleasant dinner!

Very tasty food! The staff is friendly and then food was there quickly, but still absolutely fresh! We have already been there several times, have never been disappointed and will therefore definitely come again!

My absolute favorite place in Siegburg :) The atmosphere is cozy, the waiters are all friendly and brisk and there is a large selection of food and drinks. I think it's great that you have so many vegan and vegetarian options here, and special requests have always been met. I do not want to miss it.

You can eat really well here and a wide variety of tastes / tolerances / wishes are catered for. In addition, the dishes are presented very nicely. This shop is modern and in my opinion is at the cutting edge. No wonder that a new restaurant (i.e. another branch) has just opened :)

Visited the restaurant for our anniversary. Unfortunately without any success in terms of taste. The food was lukewarm, the salmon with the potato skewer extremely oily and large pieces of garlic on the lamb dish, although this was not mentioned on the menu. The waiter responded to our complaint by offering us a hot drink on the house. That was ok, but unfortunately it didn't make the food any better. What a shame...

A nice ambience to sit outside. The distances are respected. I had ordered a large salad plate, unfortunately there was only green, I thought it was a shame, it should be described that way on the menu. I also had chicken skewers, which tasted delicious and spicy.

About three weeks ago I spontaneously ate and drank something there for the first time. Price performance is really great. Come again ??

Very good and tasty food offer. The menu offers everything from small snacks to opulent meals. Price / performance is okay. Staff is young, very attentive and friendly! There is also a changing facility. I will be happy to stop there again ......

We were very happy with the restaurant. The service was quick and nice, the food was delicious! The prices are not the cheapest, but the taste is reasonable for the price. The selection is great here, as there are other dishes than many other restaurants. The choice is difficult here!

Food very well prepared and seasoned. We had spaghetti Bolognese and Wiener Schnitzel. The service was very friendly and courteous. Although all seats were reserved, we were offered whether 1.5 hours were enough for our meal. It was worth it and we will come back in 2 days with a reservation.

GREAT VEGAN EXPERIENCE. Didnt expect to find anything good in Siegberg on a Tuesday night. The city was dead and Casbah came to the rescue. Philina was an AMAZING server who just knew her stuff, guided us to the celery schnitzel (weird but awesome). Also had BBQ jackfruit and zucchini noodles. Lots of love from New York City!

Really friendly staff at this large restaurant. Lovely comfy seating indoor and outdoors. Plenty of drinks to choose from. Food was very well cooked and tasty certainly hope to visit again

I had a pizza and a bier here. Both were very good, but the most impressive was the friendliness of the waiters. I was looking for a place for public viewing (it was a CL round), the waiter gave me a very good hint and even offered to show the place to me in person (it was very close). WELL DONE!

Salad beautiful and meat okay. Rice should have been better. I noticed some small fruit flies. For me a signal that they do have a hygienic issue?? Staff was not as hospital as I expected. Maybe they are more focused on business visitors? Prices are fair.

We often come here to eat dinner. Delicious and tasteful food. They provide a lot of vegetarian/ vegan options.

I loved the place. Tables with view over the square, personal very friendly, the dishes are rare and delicious! Many options for vegetarians and vegans. I assure you all dishes are just delicious! You should give it a try!!

Cool place that has a good selection of normal, vegetarian and even vegan food. Meals are good and tasty, 4 stars not 5.

Nice bar in good location on town market square. Lively but relaxed atmosphere. Host music and club nights in downstairs section. Food not amazing but perfectly fine.

Nice food for reasonable price. Staff attentive, friendly and flexible. Right on nice square and plenty of seating available. Plenty of vegan and vegetarian options available.

Good food options, decent vegan/vegetarian selection, great atmosphere inside and outside, dog-friendly.

The vegan food is great and they always have cool ideas for new dishes. Sweet Potato fries are actually better than anything you find elsewhere (including US) due to their crispness (I guess they put some kind of flour on it).

Food is good. Great veggie donner. Service, sometimes, a bit sketchy.

I ordered Falafal and it was crispy n just perfect with rice served along..
